Children’s Business Fair by The Flourish School
The Children’s Business Fair is a global event with thousands of fairs happening all over the world. Pune hosted its first fair – the Pune Children’s Business Fair by the Flourish School on Sunday, the 9th of February 2020.
The goal of the fair is to get children to start thinking about entrepreneurship seriously and gives an opportunity to 5 – 15 year olds to follow their passion, create something of value to another person and then try to sell their creation for a profit in a children-only fair (adults cannot participate).
The event was quite a success with 51 children running 32 stalls and an attendance of over 400 people in a 3 hour event. Kids were truly enterprising and there were stalls for food, games, art, photography , plants and much more. Many businesses were sold out by the end of the event.
